Achylia
Absence of chyle, the fat emulsion carried by lymph. Absence or severe deficiency of hydrochloric acid, pepsinogen, or other digestive secretions. Absence of secretion. The term is usually applied to a non-secreting stomach (achylia gastrica) whose lining (mucosa) is atrophied.
