Angiocardiogram

A series of pictures resulting from angiocardiography.


X ray of the heart obtained by following with a rapid series of X-ray films the passage of a contrast medium through the heart and its associated vessels. It is useful in diagnosing heart defects and disorders.


A radiographic record of the internal structure of the heart and great blood vessels (pulmonary arteries, veins, and aorta) after injection of contrast medium.
