Trigone of the bladder
A triangular, smooth region located within the urinary bladder, positioned just behind the urethral opening. This area is particularly sensitive, and irritation caused by inflammation or the presence of a stone can trigger a spasm, resulting in severe pain at the conclusion of urination.
