Lack or reduction of immune response to a specific antigen; also called anergia. Impairment in cell mediated immune responsiveness to stimulation by an antigen.

    Lack of functional activity. Inactivity; sluggishness.

    Without sense of touch. Inability to perceive the sensation of touch.

    Absence of glands.

    inability to understand spoken words.

    A deficiency or abnormal absence of acid in the body fluids. Abnormal deficiency of acidity, especially of hydrochloric acid in the gastric juice.

    Deficient hydrochloric acid in stomach juice. The lack of hydrochloric acid in stomach fluids, also known as achlorhydria.
