Hilus cell tumor
A rare, steroid-hormone-producing tumor of the ovary. It is an occasional cause of virilization (deepening voice, facial hair growth, and male pattern baldness) in women.

Hill sign
A physical finding formerly used to determine aortic regurgitation. When the blood pressure in the leg is 20 to 40 mm Hg higher than in the arm, this sign is considered positive and indicative of aortic regurgitation.

Hill-sachs lesion
An indentation fracture of the posterolateral humeral head that occurs following an anterior dislocation of the glenohumeral joint. The lesion involves the cartilage of the humeral head, causing instability that may predispose the individual to subsequent anterior glenohumeral dislocations.
