Cystic duct

A duct which takes bile from the gall bladder to the common bile duct.

Tube that carries bile from the gallbladder toward the intestine; it joins with the hepatic duct from the liver to form the common bile duct, which empties into the duodenum.

The duct through which bile from the gallbladder passes into the common bile duct.

The tube that runs from the gall-bladder and joins up with the hepatic duct (formed from the bile ducts) to form the common bile duct. The BILE produced by the liver cells is drained through this system and enters the small intestine to help in the digestion of food.

The secretory duct of the gallbladder. It unites with the hepatic duct from the liver to form the common bile duct.
