Heart ventricles

The human heart is comprised of four chambers: two upper chambers called atria and two lower chambers known as ventricles. The right ventricle is responsible for sending blood to the lungs via the pulmonary artery, where the blood receives oxygen. The left ventricle, on the other hand, is tasked with pumping oxygen-rich blood through the aorta and other arteries to supply the body’s tissues.
