Progenitor or precursor cells found in the bone marrow from which all blood cell types of both the myeloid and lymphoid lineages are derived.


Is a cell isolated from the blood or bone marrow that can renew itself, and can differentiate to a variety of specialized cells.


A pluripotent cell capable of differentiating into various specialized blood cell types.
