Innocent murmur

An innocent heart murmur is a sound produced by blood flow through the heart, as heard through a stethoscope, which is not caused by any heart disease or issues with its valves. These murmurs are frequently observed in children and might become more pronounced after physical activity or during a fever. If there is uncertainty about the murmur’s significance, medical professionals may request tests such as echocardiography or ECG to further investigate the matter.
