Anemia due to any condition that causes the bone marrow to be infiltrated and thus inactivated.
This condition is marked by various manifestations, including anemia, the presence of immature red and white blood cells in the bloodstream due to cancerous deposits in the bones, osteosclerosis resulting from marble bone disease, or myelosclerosis. It is also known as osteosclerotic anemia.
