Liquid glucose

A thick, syrupy, sweet-tasting liquid obtained from the incomplete hydrolysis of starch, containing D-glucose (dextrose), dextrins, and other carbohydrates. It is used for nutritive purposes and in various pharmaceutical and food preparations.
