A form of peritonitis caused by the pneumonia bacteria, typically seen in girls aged five to ten. It’s marked by diarrhea, high fever, symptoms of acute peritonitis, and indications of pneumonia.

Gonococcal peritonitis
A type of peritonitis caused by the gonorrhea bacteria. It’s more prevalent in females when the gonorrheal infection from the vagina spreads upward through the uterus into the Fallopian tubes and abdominal cavity.
