    Unequal sizes of the pupils, often caused by glaucoma, head trauma, stroke, or a tumor that causes the iris to dilate and constrict. Inequality of the size of the pupils; may be congenital or associated with aneurysms, head trauma, diseases of the nervous system, brain lesion, paresis, or locomotor ataxia.
