Capitular
Describing the rounded end of a bone.

Capitellum
A rounded enlarged part at the end of a bone, especially this part of the upper arm bone, the humerus, that forms the elbow joint with one of the lower bones, the radius. The round eminence at the lower end of the humerus articulating with the radius; the radial head of the humerus.
