Bronchospirometry
A procedure for measuring the volume of the lungs. A technique used to assess the efficiency of ventilation of a lung or of a segment of the lung. A catheter with an inflatable cuff is passed into the appropriate airway, through a bronchoscope, and the volume and rate of gas exchange is estimated.

An instrument for measuring the volume of the lungs. An instrument for determining the volume of air inspired from one lung and for collecting air for analysis.

Referring to a bronchus and the pleura.

An infection of the bronchi by a fungus. Any fungal infection of the bronchi or bronchial tubes, usually caused by fungi of the genus Candida. A type of bronchitis triggered by a fungus. It is also referred to as bronchomoniliasis.
