Consists of representatives from health educators, elementary school teachers, school administrators, medical, dental, and psychological services, and students. This committee establishes the basis for curriculum development in health education.  

A planned and organized series of health education activities and procedures implemented with (a) an educational specialist assigned primary responsibility, (b) a budget, (c) an integrated set of goals and objectives sufficiently detailed to allow for evaluation, and (d) administrative support.
