Inflammation of the tissue round a ureter, usually caused by inflammation of the ureter itself.
Inflammation of the tissues around a ureter. This is usually associated with inflammation of the ureter itself (ureteritis), often behind an obstruction caused by a stone or stricture. Treatment is directed to relieving any obstruction of the ureter and controlling the infection with antibiotics.
