Inflammation of and increased pigmentation and thickening of the skin of the lower extremities due to decreased venous return.
Eczema of the legs with edema, pigmentation, and sometimes chronic inflammation. It is usually due to impaired return of blood from the legs. Compression stockings help the rash to resolve gradually.
