String sign

A thin line which appears on the ileum, a sign of regional ileitis or Crohn’s disease.

In gastrointestinal radiology, extreme narrowing of a segment of the terminal ileum (in Crohn’s disease) or of the pylorus (in congenital pyloric stenosis).
