Common manifestations of microangiopathy are kidney failure, hemolysis (damage to red blood cells), and purpura (bleeding into the skin). This condition can be observed in various medical situations, including diabetes mellitus, septicaemia, eclampsia, glomerulonephritis, and advanced cancer.
