He became convinced, first, that this foresight precognition was his word was common. To test his theory, he recorded his dreams as soon as he woke and invited family and friends to join him. He laid down rules to minimize the effects of coincidence and rules about what was an admissible foresight rules which could be bent occasionally. And he found that there were sufficient successes to warrant extending the project.
