A rapidly growing, B-cell, non-Hodgkin\u2019s lymphoma. It is rare in the U.S. but common in equatorial Africa, where it often afflicts children aged 5 to 10 years. There is a strong association of this malignancy with Epstein-Barr virus.<\/p>\n
