I always wondered what was in malted milk, and when I finally looked it up, I was horrified by the ingredients!<\/p>\n<p>Malt powder is made from grains, typically barley, which are not part of a keto diet. It was tricky to recreate that malted milk flavor without barley. After experimenting for a few years (yes, years), I finally found the perfect malted milk flavor!
