Tender swellings at the ends of fingers and toes in people who have subacute bacterial endocarditis [Described 1885. After Sir William Osler (1849-1919), Professor of Medicine in Montreal, Philadelphia, Baltimore and then Oxford.]


Tiny, elevated, red, and sensitive regions linked to endocarditis, frequently observed on the inner parts of the fingers or toes.
