  • Extragenital responses

    The responses of the parts of the body other than the reproductive organs to sexual arousal.  

  • Extragenital

    Structures that are not a part of the chromosomes. Not connected to the chromosomes; exerting an effect other than through chromosomal action.

    Fluid found outside the body cells. Protein and electrolyte-containing fluid (e.g., potassium, chloride) in blood plasma and interstitial fluid that helps control water and electrolyte movement in the body.   • Extracellular compartment

    The approximate 40% of total body water that is found outside of body cells. Consists of intravascular, interstitial, and transcellular fluids. Extracellular fluid.

    Sexual relations without the desire for children.  

  • Externality hypothesis

    The theory that some obese people are relatively unresponsive to their own hunger state but are more susceptible to cues from the external environment.
