Ebola fever is a perilous and extremely contagious viral infection that leads to severe hemorrhaging from the skin and mucous membranes (the thin, moist tissue lining body cavities). This disease mainly affects regions in Africa. Currently, there is no targeted treatment available for Ebola fever, and unfortunately, it proves fatal in numerous cases.
