Evulsion

Extraction; removal, usually of a sudden nature.


The act of extracting something by force.


The sudden and typically unintended displacement of a tooth from its natural position within the bone socket is known as an avulsion. This forceful occurrence results in the tooth being forcibly and completely removed from its original place.


The abrupt and forceful separation of a portion, often referring to a fragment of bone being detached due to intense strain from a muscle or ligament, or dislodged by a strong impact.
