Expunged records

Records that have been destroyed as if they had never existed. Documents of juvenile court proceedings are often restricted or even sealed; then, after a specified number of years, the juvenile, parent, or guardian may apply for the records to be expunged, generally on showing that the problem behavior has been improved. An unverified report of possible child ABUSE and neglect may also be though sometimes is not removed from a central register.
