Minimally invasive surgery

It has revolutionized surgery, growing from a technique used by gynaecologists, urologists and innovative general surgeons to one regularly used in general surgery, gynaecology, urology, thoracic surgery, orthopaedic surgery and otorhinolaryngology.


Utilizing a firm endoscope inserted into the body through a minor incision, surgical procedures are conducted. Additional small openings are created to accommodate instruments, allowing the operation to be completed without the need for a lengthy incision.
