A treatment procedure whereby the therapist presents the target behavior which the learner is to imitate and make part of his repertoire.
Learning by imitation; a form of behavior therapy based on social learning in which the model (e.g., the therapist, an actor, or someone else the patient views as competent) displays the desired behavior, the patient repeats it, and successful repetitions are reinforced.
