Oxymetazoline hydrochloride
Over-the-counter decongestant nasal spray (trade name Afrin) used in the treatment of nasal congestion and allergy. This drug should not be used longer than three consecutive days without a physician’s specific orders to do so. Otherwise, severe nasal irritation can result.

Oxaprozin
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent used in the once-a-day oral treatment of arthritis; side effects include stomach irritation and intestinal bleeding.
