Therapy using drugs or radiation after cancer surgery. The use of additional therapy in addition to the primary therapy. In cancer care, for example, surgery to remove a tumor may be the primary treatment, and radiation therapy to destroy neighboring cells and tissues an adjuvent therapy. An opening or entrance to a passage. An anatomical opening or passage; for example, the opening of the tympanic cavity (middle ear) to the air spaces of the mastoid process.

Adiposuria
The presence of fat in the urine. Passing of fat in the urine. This condition is almost always abnormal and may be due to a variety of conditions, including elevated blood fats (hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia) and kidney disease (nephrotic syndrome). Also called lipuria.
