  • Alendronate sodium

    Alendronate sodium

    Oral nitrogen‐containing bisphosphonate used for the treatment of osteoporosis. It acts as a specific inhibitor of osteoclast‐mediated bone resorption. An anti-osteoporosis drug. Trade name: Fosamax.
