Topagnosis

An inability to tell which part of your body has been touched, caused by a disorder of the brain.


Inability to identify a part of the body that has been touched. It is a symptom of disease in the parietal lobes of the brain. The normal ability to localize touch is called topognosis.


Loss of the ability to localize the site of tactile sensations.


An inability to identify where one is being touched.
