  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large, rimmed baking sheet, toast almonds for about 10 minutes (stirring halfway).
  2. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. Put these almonds to a high-speed blender. Blend till it becomes creamy.
  4. Add salt for more flavor. Also add cinnamon, and vanilla and maple syrup to enhance the taste.
  5. To add maple syrup, let the mixture cool, and then blend a few more minutes to make it creamy.
  6. When almond butter cools to room temperature, transfer it to a mason jar and screw on the lid.
