    Flexing at the hips and knees to lower the body to a position in which the shoulders are at the water’s surface while keeping the feet elevated from the pool bottom for several repetitions.  

  • Level II

    Flexing at the hips and knees to lower the body to a position in which the shoulders are at the water’s surface. The feet will still contact the pool bottom but without the rebounding or jumping forces.

    Standing in an upright position and rebounding, or pushing off, from the pool bottom.
