    Leaning over or reclining, often to the extent of lying along the surface of the ground or over other vegetation, but not creeping (i.e. rooting at the nodes). Trailing upon the ground. Lying loosely on the surface of the ground.

    Any small projecting parts or tissue. A superficial projection. The things done (for a patient, for example). It is commonly stated in quality management that three things can be measured: structure (resources or organization), process, and outcome. “Structure” refers to resources and organization. “Outcome” is a somewhat vague term that presumably refers to the results…

    Shaped like a prism, a long solid with flat faces separated by angles. Having three or more angles bounding flat or hollowed sides.

    (In taxonomy), the principle that the first name legitimately published and available takes precedence, other names for the same taxon become synonyms. Alternatives ranked according to value and/or effectiveness.
