The pregnant women should avoid the intake of marjoram in large amounts because it may lead in the contraction of uterine. The children and infants are not recommended to drink the marjoram tea. The dose of marjoram tea should be reduced if diarrhea, nausea or vomiting is experienced. One should consult the doctor if the symptoms last for more days. The doctor should be consulted before using herbal tea because it may interact with certain drugs. One should drink only 3 cups of Marjoram tea in a day to avoid the above side effects.
