    Bacon and potatoes recipe

    Bacon and potatoes is a breakfast fit for any day of activity regardless of what you plan on doing.  This recipe will give you all the energy you need to get going for the day.

    • Yield: 4 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
    • Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 6 medium potatoes (cubed)
    • 12 pieces of bacon
    • 1 pepper, diced
    How to Make It
    1. Lay your bacon down on the skillet, and cook until crisp. Set aside, then in the same skillet sauté the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
    2. Once they begin to get golden and soft add in the pepper and bacon and continue to sauté for 5 minutes until well combined. Serve with eggs and toast.
