    Baked tomatoes provencal recipe

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan (2 ounces)
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
    • Kosher salt and black pepper
    • 1½ pounds beefsteak tomatoes, sliced ½ inch thick
    How to Make It
    1. Toss together the bread crumbs, Parmesan, oil, and oregano; season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
    2. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture and bake at 350°F until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
