    Banana bunch drops recipe

    • Yield: 3 dozen

    Ingredients

    • 2 bananas, mashed
    • ½  cup (120 ml) unsulfured molasses
    • 2 cups (160 g) certified gluten-free rolled oats or rolled rice flakes
    • ½ cup (60 g) Bob’s Red Mill white or brown rice flour
    • ½  cup (56 g) flax meal
    • 1 teaspoon (4.6 g) baking soda
    • ½ teaspoon (0.9 g) ground ginger
    • ½  teaspoon (1.1 g) ground nutmeg
    • ½ teaspoon (1.2 g) ground cinnamon
    • 1/3  cup (50 g) sulfite-free raisins
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C, or gas mark 4).
    2. In a food processor, cream together bananas and molasses. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove to a flat surface to cool.
