    Banana & ricotta breakfast wrap recipe

    • Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 100 g low-fat ricotta cheese
    • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 wholemeal wrap
    • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat a sandwich press.
    2. Place the ricotta and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
    3. Spread the ricotta over one-third of the wrap. Top with the banana, then roll up to enclose the filling.
    4. Place the wrap in the sandwich press and toast for 3–4 minutes until the wrap is golden and the mixture is heated through.
    5. To serve, cut the wrap into quarters and drizzle with honey.
