    This is an amazing nutritional combination of antioxidants, fiber, and good fats from the chia seeds and anti-inflammatory turmeric. You should feel great knowing that you are treating yourself so well by making this healthy gut smoothie.

    • Yield: 1 Servings

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup blueberries, frozen if possible
    • 1 cup kale
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
    • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
    How to Make It
    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
    2. If you are not going to drink this right away, you can wait to add the chia seeds as otherwise it will thicken.
