    Breakfast berry crumble recipe

    • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
    • Cooking Time: 35 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 45 g rolled oats
    • 2 tablespoons plain wholemeal flour
    • 1½ teaspoons coconut oil, melted
    • 1 teaspoon ground almonds
    • 85 g frozen mixed berries, thawed
    • 150 g low-fat plain yoghurt
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C fan/gas 3).
    2. Place the oats, flour, coconut oil and ground almonds in a bowl and mix until well combined.
    3. Place the berries in an ovenproof ramekin and top with the oat mixture.
    4. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the crumble is golden. Leave to stand for a few minutes then transfer to a bowl.
    5. Serve the crumble topped with the yoghurt.
