    Citrus-baked fish recipe

    Grilling is the best way to cook fish, but baking comes in a close second. It takes less time and only a few utensils are used. This citrusy fish is fresh, fast, and delicious. Serve topped with lots of fresh herbs, it makes for a delightful light lunch when it’s hot outside.

    • Yield: 4 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 2 sliced lemons
    • 3 sliced limes
    • 6 oz fish fillet
    • Salt
    • Black pepper
    • 1 tbsp chopped dill
    • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
    2. In an 8-by-12-inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced lemons and limes to cover the bottom of the pan. Appy a topping of fish fillets, and add pepper and salt for seasoning.
    3. Layer the remaining lemon and lime slices on top, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
    4. Remove from the oven, and serve with a topping of dill and parsley.
