    Endive and radicchio with grapes recipe

    Ingredients

    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • ½ teaspoon honey
    • Kosher salt and black pepper
    • 1 small head radicchio, leaves torn (3 cups)
    • 1 head endive, leaves sliced (1 cup)
    • ½ cup halved green grapes
    • ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    • ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
    How to Make It
    1. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
    2. Toss the radicchio, endive, grapes, parsley, and olives with the dressing.
