
Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh sweet peas
- ¼ cup, loosely packed fresh mint
- 2/3 heard iceberg lettuce, cored
- ½ cup, loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
- 1½ tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 each large cucumber, peeled
- 1 cup filtered water
- ½ cup ice - 1 cup or filtered water
- Peas and mint sprigs, for serving
How to Make It
- Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
- Top each glass off with 3 peas and a sprig of fresh mint, and then serve.
