    Glazed meatballs recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground beef
    • ½ small onion, finely chopped
    • ½ cup bread crumbs
    • 1 large egg
    • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • Kosher salt and black pepper
    • 1 cup currant jelly
    • Smashed potatoes and chopped fresh dill, for serving
    How to Make It
    1. Combine the beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, nutmeg, ½ tablespoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Shape into 1-inch balls.
    2. Boil the meatballs until cooked through, 5 to 6 minutes.
    3. Heat the jelly in a large skillet; add the meatballs and toss to coat. Serve the meatballs with smashed potatoes, sprinkled with dill.
