Cook Healthy and QuickThe addition of Parmesan and rosemary transforms a simple wrap into a gourmet snack in mere minutes. Parmesan is aged for an average of two years.

    • Yield: 4 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 4 large wraps
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tsp rosemary leaves, finely chopped
    • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
    • freshly ground black pepper
    • hummus or baba ghanoush, to serve
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the wraps on a work surface and brush all over on both sides with the olive oil.
    2. Scatter them with the rosemary and Parmesan and season well with pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
    3. Bake them at the top of the oven for 5–7 minutes until golden brown, puffed up, and crispy. Watch them carefully for the last minute, since they burn easily.
    4. Remove them from the oven, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. When they are cool, break them into jagged, irregular pieces and serve with hummus or baba ghanoush.
