    Penne with chicken in tomato-butter sauce from Michael, Kuklenko recipe

    Ingredients

    • 2 chicken breast fillets
    • 300 g Penne ("feather")
    • 200 g chopped tomatoes in their own juice
    • 400 ml of the double cream
    • butter
    • olive oil
    • 1 sprig of thyme
    • salt, freshly ground black pepper
    How to Make It
    1. Cut both chicken breast fillets in half lengthwise, sauté in olive oil on both sides until Golden brown. Add thyme and a little butter, add salt, cover and leave on minimum heat for 6-10 min. depending on size of fillet.
    2. At the same time put to cook the pasta in boiling salted water, cook according to the instructions on the package.
    3. For a couple of minutes until cooked Penne in a large saucepan mix the cream and tomatoes in their own juice, add salt, pepper, warm.
    4. Penne pasta is ready drain in a colander, shake off excess water, place pasta in saucepan with sauce, mix and serve together with the chicken.
